The olive is picked by hand, selecting only the largest and most ripe ones. They are then de-bitter and flavored with Provence herbs. This preparation brings out all the scents of Provence. The mixture of thyme, rosemary and savory gives the Grossane olive a stronger taste than the preparation of Grossane with pesto. A must in our preparations!
Black olives with Provence herbs are excellent for all your aperitifs. They also go very well with ratatouilles, omelettes, roasts and tomato sauces, salads and raw vegetables.
