Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We offer free delivery, in Bangkok, for orders over THB 3.000. Orders less than THB 3.000 will incur a delivery charge of THB 150.

Our delivery time is 8am to 5pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.

Delivery days will be notified to you after your order has been placed, and generally takes place two to five days from your order date. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date and will notify you.

The frozen and chilled products cannot be delivered outside of Bangkok area.

Deliveries outside of Bangkok will be executed by outsourced courier companies, contracted by GDP.

GDP will communicate the mobile phone number and address to the courier company, as registered by the customer during the purchase process. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information given during checkout.

The courier company will get in touch with the customer to set up delivery schedule. Once the customer has agreed on the delivery schedule, the customer is solely responsible for the delivery of the goods.

In case of absence of the customer at the mutually agreed and scheduled time, the goods will be delivered at the front door of the given address, and left under the customer responsibility. GDP will not be responsible for any waste incurred due to the customer absence.

RETURNS

Any product will be refunded or replaced if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is faulty
- The order is incomplete

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THAILAND

We do not presently ship to destinations outside Thailand as food products are often problematic with Customs regulations.
