At Gourmet de Paris, we strive to deliver every week new fresh products imported directly from our producers in Europe. You may see on our website some products with PRE-ORDER tags. It means that you can order products and receive them the following week. For example, the deadline to order Oysters is on Sunday night and you receive the following Friday. This is to ensure the freshest oysters possible. Oysters are being harvested on Tuesday, shipped on Wednesday, customs cleared on Thursday and delivered on Friday.
